Virtual Diplomats was founded in Toronto 2017 by Amine Rahal, a serial entrepreneur and digital nomad raised in Montreal. Amine has a computer science background, both Google AdWords and Bing expert certificates, and has 20+ years of experience in the web design, web development, and marketing industry. Before founding Virtual Diplomats, he worked for various UN organizations in North America, Africa, and Asia where he was enveloped by the UN system of policies and procedures. He soon became a web producer for the UN and has since kept a strong connection with the organization and its network.
